New model of internal communication in FU Distribution

In order to adjust to changes in efficient way and to meet all requirements of new management of EPCG as soon as possible, at the end of March a meeting between management of FU Distribution and directors of all Distribution centers in Montenegro was held with a topic: internal communication in FU Distribution and way of performing process activities that affect work. The meeting was initiated by Director of Functional Unit Distribution, Mr Miroslav Vukčević with objective to inform his colleagues about the way of internal communication and flow of data in this unit which will be used in future. By this way of organizing of work in internal communication within this most complex and consequently the most numerous unit in EPCG, it will be achieved that requirements of new management of EPCG relating to information could be met at any time.

FU Distribution has been operating well so far but a new way of operating was presented to participants with emphasis that systematic, everyday reporting is very important for reducing time required for obtaining necessary data and for achieving higher quality of work process. Participants were participating in creating proposals relating to future activities in internal communication, therefore FU Distribution is ready for all future business challenges.
