A constitutional session of EPCG Board of directors took place

The constitutional session of  EPCG Board of directors, the first with a new composition of the Board, took place on July 2nd, 2008. On this session, Mr. Srđan Kovačević, B.Sc. el. eng, former EPCG Executive Director,  was appointed as Chairman of the Board. A decision was made on this session to appoint Mr. Ranko Vojinović, B.Sc. el.eng., as new EPCG Executive Director. Before appointment Mr. Vojinovic worked on a position of Technical Manager of Center for Information-Telecommunication Technologies of EPCG Head Office. 
To remind, on VI regular General Shareholder Meeting of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Nikšić, which took place on June 30th, 2008, the following members of the Board of Directors were appointed: Mr. Srđan Kovačević, Mr. Miodrag Čanović, Mr. Milorad Katnić, M.Sc., Mr. Zoran Đukanović, Mr. Dragutin Martinović, Mr. Nikola Martinović and Mr. Veselin Barović.
