Company Head Office
Company’s Head Office is an organisational unit of EPCG, which represents a seat of the Company. Our main functions are: consolidation, control, professional-administrative affairs supporting and supplementing operation of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore.
Head Office comprises of important divisions, departments, centers and units. Company Head Office premises are located in Vuka Karadžica Street No. 2 and we have 199 employees working in them.
Besides from other, this is a seat of Executive Director, Board of Directors, their associates and administration.
When key decisions are to be made, whether short-term, medium-term or long-term ones, those are almost always made in Company Head Office. During daily system operation, informaton flows into Head Office and information which is important for operation of EPCG is exchanged from here. Activities of all other segments of electric power system are coordinated from here.
We are a link between Elektroprivreda Crne Gore and Governmental Institutions, the Government, Chamber of Commerce, Institutions of Science, other companies, sports and other associations. We provide services to functional units Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Supply and to Elektrogradnja, and we perform consolidation, control and professional-administrative affairs.
Having in mind specific nature of activities performed by Head Office and in order to implement business policy of EPCG, main focus of our business policy is to have a high quality services provided to functional units and Elektrogradnja which are satisfuing their requirements.
Our main activities concern with drafting of internal regualtions which will enable functioning of EPCG as well as ensuring that in its business operation EPCG maintaines general adherence to laws. In this respect we are responsible for strategic development and enhancement of business information-communication systems and affairs which concern coordination and control of public procurement, quality system and international standards as well as public relations and corporate planning.

Company Head Office comprises four divisions, four centers and a Department for commercial affairs.
