Secretary of Company

Corporate Secretary is appointed by the Board of Directors for a period of four years, with a possibility to be re-appointed. Some of his main tasks are to organise sessions of the General meeting of shareholders and Board of Directors and to organise files and documents of the Company. The Corporate Secretary duties are executed by:
