Board of directors

Pursuant to the Statute, Board of Directors is a governing and managing corporate body. Therefore, its Members make decisions based on which Elektroprivreda Crne Gore operates. Management of the Company headed by the Executive Director decides about the way how to implement those decisions.

Composition of the Board of Directors is decided, that is its members are appointed at the General Meeting of the shareholders and it is a collective body with seven members, governed by the Chairman. Existing Members of the Board of Directors are appointed at the General Meeting that was held on June 29, 2006 and they have a four years mandate. Formally speaking, functions and tasks of the Board of Directors are set forth by the Statute of EPCG AD Niksic.
