Elektroprivreda Crne Gore is a company carrying out activities in the area of electricity generation, transmission, distribution and supply. Our main responsibility is to ensure safe and reliable delivery of electricity to our customers. Therefore we are responsible to provide sufficient quantities of electricity for you, no matter whether you are households, small, medium or big enterprises. Besides from that, we have to ensure stable flow and transmission of electricity which requires adequate infrastructure comprising of overhead lines, transformer stations, cables, generation capacities, etc.

Pursuant to its Statute, EPCG Joint Stock Company Niksic is organised as a Company whose core activity is electricity generation, transmission, distribution and supply.

Function we perform is set forth by the Law, licensees issued by the Energy Regulatory Agency and EPCG Statute.

The seat of the Company is in Niksic in Vuka Karadzica street, No. 2.

The value of the share capital of EPCG € 958.666.061 and is divided into 125.345.318 shares. The nominal value of the shares is € 7.6482.

All shares of the Company are ordinary and are in dematerialized form.
